This is a pair sport, where one athlete is leader and second one is follower. The leader standing behind the back of follower makes free motions. The task of the follower is exactly to repeat them.
Note: the follower does not see the leader, and also his motions are not accompanied with sounds. Any music defined by the trainer can be presented as background.
Progress (New Qualitative Changes).

2. Orientation in the space (like "Sport orienteering but without maps).
Trainings and competitions can be conducted in a sport hall, on a stadium, and also in field and forest conditions. The task of athlete is to find a hidden object or place.
Progress: Blind people are taught to move secure and independently.
3. Rounding of obstacles. ("The Bat").

Progress: It develops an ability to prevent and avoid any dangers, that allows to provide more favorable life's conditions to people disabled in vision.
4. The following of an invisible information trail.
This is a pair Sport too. The leader goes along a free way chosen by him and leaves his information trail in the space. The task of a blind (or just blindfolded) athlete is to follow this trail as exactly as possible. The competitions or drills can be conducted in a sporthall or in any field conditions.
Progress. Totally blind people acquire qualitatively new practical ability to choose the most correct way to the final aim.
5. Football with soundless ball.
Two teams by four blind players each (one of them is goalkeeper) play on a hockey size field. By means of new training method athletes acquire a possibility of sensitivity of surrounding objects, in this case of the ball, gate and each other. The task of the field players is to define the ball's location and forwarding it to the gate. The task of goalkeepers is to catch the ball.
Note: the ball does not sound.
On a playground there are several gates 2 meters wide that can move. A blind athlete is taught to feel invisible energetic walls which are created by coach. So by feeling of these walls athlete corrects the directions and finally gets into required gates. The point of competitions is concluded in better accomplishment of this exercise by blind athletes taking participation.
Progress: Blind athletes acquire confident ability to feel dangers and to go them round.
